Session Fee

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due to complete booking and secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot. You have two weeks to pay the full amount before your photos will be deleted.

Reschedule and Cancelations

If you are needing to reschedule your session, we will need to be notified at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will forfeit your deposit and another deposit is due when rescheduling. 

If you need to cancel your session for any reason, your deposit will go towards your next scheduled session if notified at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

If the photographer is needing to reschedule or cancel the session, the deposit will be refunded.

If we have to reschedule an outdoor session due to bad weather conditions, your deposit will go towards the next scheduled session. 

Late Fees

You will not be charged for arriving late, however, if you are over 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and you forfeit your deposit. 

Client Images

The photographer will use images taken during the shoot for marketing and literature purposes, unless prompted otherwise.

Props

We kindly advise that clients bring their own special props for any scheduled sessions or events. Should clients opt not to provide their own props, please be advised that fees will be incurred for the provision of necessary props by our team. These fees will be communicated transparently prior to the commencement of the session or event.

Copyright

Clients do not own copyrights to the digital files given to them; therefore, are not allowed to claim them as their own or manipulate (edit) them without permission. 

Printing Rights

Clients have full printing rights; meaning the prints can be used for personal use, such as blogs or marketing. 

Turnaround Time

The turnaround time on edits is approximately 1-3 weeks. Booking in advance is highly recommended. 

Travel Fee

There is a travel fee of $25 for shoots located over 25 miles from our photography studio located in Waxahachie, TX.
